Introduction

Hi, I am Phoebe Harris. This is my blog showing my A2 media coursework which will consist of; film teaser trailer; a poster and a magazine front cover.

A film trailer is an advertisement for a film that will be exhibited in the future at a cinema. The trailers main aim is to encourage viewers to watch the whole film. A good trailer doesn't give too much away about the plot of the film but enough to make you want to find out more. While a trailer should avoid giving away too much of the film’s best material, it should most definitely be aimed at the group who will most appreciate the film. However, it is good to have a bit of material that would appeal to everyone so that your audience wont be excluding certain groups.
